This project is site-specific and explores image making using conflicting and specific mark making and processes. Responding to the buildings and the history of the Minories Art Gallery in Colchester, the idea of memory is explored through three forms of representation; photographic, painterly and architectural. The work produced depends on the use of archaic methods for creating plans (blueprints) cyanotype photography and marking out the plans, drawing with a chalk-line, to create the images.
